NEIL NGUYEN
I have extensive experience and expertise in corporate acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets in Vietnam. Fluent in Vietnamese, Japanese and English, I advise foreign companies on investments in Vietnam, mergers and acquisitions with Vietnamese companies, and cross-border transactions, while supporting clients across a wide range of industries.
KEN FUKUDA
I have practiced law for over 30 years, including 10 years in Tokyo, 10 years in New York, and 10 years in Vietnam. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous professional development in order to provide effective and thoughtful counsel across a broad range of legal matters. My objective is to ensure that, by the conclusion of our engagement, clients have a clear understanding of their situation and a well-defined path forward. I strive to deliver legal services that bring clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
